Dwell design studio, Sleepy Hollow is a multi family dwelling project along the Hudson in new jersey. which includes over 300 units and roof top amenities with amazing views.

Dwell Design studio. 1900 northside is A MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING a FIVE-STORY TYPE IIIA WOOD-FRAMED STRUCTURE WRAPPING A TYPE IB SIX-STORY PRECAST CONCRETE, MECHANICALLY VENTILATED, PARKING STRUCTURE. THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE WILL HOUSE 308 units, retail space, and clubhouse amenities.

cormia design group. debary is a mix-use development including apartments, town homes, retail, and community spaces. The 11th retail building  is a single story black box building for future tenants coming to the debary development. Located next to a performance lounge space.
